Incisional Ptosis Correction + Epicanthoplasty + Upper Eyelid Fat Grafting 6-Month Review
I'm leaving a 6-month check-up review today.
As I got older, my eyes looked sunken, I got multiple creases, and my double eyelids seemed to be loosening, so I had surgery.
I went to several clinics for consultations, but this clinic seemed to be the best.
At first, I had a consultation for a non-incisional procedure, but the doctor recommended an incisional procedure and fat grafting.
I heard from people around me that incisional procedures can cause scarring, look unnatural, or require a lot of revision surgeries.
I was planning on getting a non-incisional procedure, but they recommended an incisional one.
I had a lot of questions, and they answered them all, and the consultant was also friendly.
When I looked at the before and after photos of people who had surgery, they looked natural.
When I went to other clinics, I said I would come back later, but I was really torn here T_T.
I really liked that there was only one doctor, so they focused on me and were meticulous.
It felt very different from other factory-style clinics.
I really liked that they didn't try to upsell me and were firm about what couldn't be done.
I usually wanted to get epicanthoplasty, canthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty, but they said I only needed epicanthoplasty.
I gave up on the non-incisional procedure and laid down on the operating table for the incisional surgery. I thought it would hurt as much as I was nervous, but
I had a comfortable surgery.
I didn't even know when I was anesthetized, and all I did was open my eyes when they told me to...?
After the surgery, I had a little bruising? I had quite a bit of swelling, so I was a little worried.
A week later, after removing the stitches, the swelling seemed to go down faster.
I was worried because I was very swollen on the first and second days after the surgery, but
As time passed, I could see it gradually going down.
I'm so satisfied because it looks so natural now!! ^^.
My friends say my eyes look more defined.

Double Eyelid Revision Surgery, Epicanthoplasty Stitch Removal Review
I got my stitches removed today, so I'm writing a review.
A few years ago, I got double eyelid surgery (buried suture method) at another large hospital, but it came undone, so I got revision surgery, but it seems like it's coming undone again... T_T
My eyelids are thick, and it was my third surgery, so I was really worried.
The front part of my eyes was also getting buried and about to come undone, so I set a date and went around for consultations at hospitals famous for revision surgery.
I narrowed it down to two places in the end and worried a lot, but the consultation staff was friendly,
and most of all, the doctor meticulously checked the parts I was worried about,
which made me feel relieved, so I decided on Seoyeon.
Eye surgery requires delicacy, so I felt relieved meeting with the director on the day of the surgery. The consultation staff also showed so much interest
and took care of me so comfortably that the fatigue from coming up from the countryside just melted away... Thank you.
I don't usually write reviews, but I regretted getting it done at a large hospital.

My eyelids were thick and must have been tricky,
but I got incisional surgery, and the swelling is going down so well, there are no epicanthoplasty scars at all, and the lines are so pretty that I had to leave a review
to repay my gratitude.
I got epicanthoplasty done too, and my eyes are so clear and really pretty now. The incision scars seem like they'll disappear with time.

I'm waiting for the swelling to go down quickly. ^^

I've always been insecure when taking pictures because of my Mongolian folds and thick eyelids since I was young. But I was scared of surgery and the idea of going under the knife, so I kept putting it off. Recently, I had some time, so I went for consultations at 12 hospitals over two days. I also got recommendations from friends and decided on this one. I really chose carefully because I didn't want to get a revision surgery after going through so many hospitals that felt like factories, or showed a lack of confidence, or where the results were either too much or not enough. I was drawn to the director's confidence, the lines he pointed out while showing similar reviews, and how he realistically told me the possible range for my eyes. It was exactly the line I had in mind, so I decided to go with it. I didn't have any pain after the anesthesia wore off, and now I can open my eyes without using my forehead. Most of all, I'm very satisfied because my eyes look much clearer. As a result, a month later, I have eyes that I'm satisfied with. I don't think the swelling has completely gone down yet, but I'm hoping they'll get even bigger and clearer than they are now if I diet and the swelling completely goes away. Hehe.

I have a severe receding chin, so I even considered chin correction surgery at first.
I have a really severe receding chin, so I initially thought about getting chin correction surgery, but I was too scared and couldn't work up the courage. T_T
But people around me told me to try fillers first, saying it would look much better.
Honestly, I was skeptical, thinking, "How much of a difference could filler really make?" but oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!
All my friends are saying my face looks so much slimmer and asking if I had facial contouring surgery lol. Even I find it amazing when I look in the mirror!
I'm such a coward that I was literally shaking, but the nurses held my hand and were so kind even though I asked a ton of questions. I was so touched!
Also, the doctor asked me exactly what shape I wanted and checked everything meticulously, which made me really trust him and feel great.
I usually find writing reviews a hassle, but I'm so satisfied that I wanted to share. Let's all get pretty together lol.
I think I should just go ahead and get the surgery... I'm so excited because the difference is so obvious in photos lately! >_<

5 days after surgery, the day the stitches were removed.

The bridge of my nose was so low that it kept bothering me every time I looked in the mirror........

So I wanted to get a nose job, but since I couldn't take time off from work, I ended up getting nose fillers at Apex, which a friend recommended.
I was so nervous while waiting with the numbing cream on, but the procedure itself was actually bearable lol. I guess this is nothing if it means getting prettier lol.
I felt relieved seeing how the director meticulously asked what kind of nose shape I wanted and performed the procedure with such care in a 1:1 consultation.
And when I looked in the mirror after the procedure, I suddenly had a nose bridge that I hadn't had for over 20 years.
It was so amazing that I kept turning my head this way and that, taking selfies by myself haha.
Even though it was just a brief touch from the director...
That's why I've decided to get a nose job during my vacation!!
I completely made up my mind after the director said I'd look much prettier if I got the surgery lol.

It’s already been 3 months!!!
It feels like I just had the surgery the other day, time really flies....
I need to go in for my 3-month follow-up soon, but I just can’t seem to find the time.
I’ll definitely make time to go, though. lolololol

People talk a lot about post-surgery issues like inflammation, crooked implants, the implant showing through, and so on...
But I haven’t had any issues at all, inflammation or otherwise. lolololol
I think the results are so good because the surgery went so well and you took such great care of the aftercare. ^^
It’s such a relief that there are no problems!!!! lolololol

Now that it’s been about 3 months, the residual swelling inside my nose is almost gone, and I think it’ll be completely gone if I wait just a little longer.
Even after the initial swelling went down, the tip of my nose felt thick to the touch because of the internal swelling, but now it has settled into place and the thickness has improved a lot. lol

It's already been a month since the surgery, haha.
I chose fat instead of implants because I wanted to solve both liposuction and breast volume at the same time.
I also felt a bit of a rejection to implants T_T.
They took fat from my lower body...
It feels like I caught two birds with one stone by transplanting the fat that was concentrated in my lower body to my breasts. Hehe.
There's no foreign body sensation. The touch is exactly the same as my breasts before the surgery, so I'm really satisfied.
The director checked everything carefully from consultation to treatment to progress, so I think I was able to go to the hospital comfortably ^^.
For those who want to increase their breast size and get rid of body fat... I really recommend it ^^.

Uneven Eyes Correction
I was worried about my uneven eyes, so I diligently searched for a clinic that could correct them to be as similar as possible.

Since it was my first surgery, I figured I should find a clinic that's meticulous, does a good job, and provides aftercare, so I searched a lot online. I visited after finding a place with the most reviews, surgeries, and high satisfaction...!!

When I first consulted, I told them about my concerns, and the director kindly told me only the parts that needed to be done. I trusted them because they didn't recommend unnecessary things and only told me what needed to be done.

When I had surgery, I had a fever and couldn't have the surgery on the day, but the staff kindly rebooked me for the next day, so I was able to finish the surgery well!! ^^
