I will explain based on EVO ICL lens implantation surgery.

First, #LensImplantation surgery is performed with topical anesthesia. We put eye drops on the surface of the eye to anesthetize it before proceeding with the surgery.

The surgery itself is not very painful, but I do tell patients that the bright light can be a bit uncomfortable.

Even with anesthesia, you might feel a cold sensation, or a heavy, stiff feeling, but there's no sharp pain, so you don't need to worry too much. :)

#LensImplantationSurgeryTime varies depending on the surgeon, but for me, it usually takes about 3 to 4 minutes.

Since the surgery time is not long, you probably don't need to worry too much about the length of the procedure.

Occasionally, just because the surgery time is short or it's not painful, some people ask if they can drink alcohol on the day of the surgery.

On the day of lens implantation surgery, you must definitely abstain from alcohol. Please keep this in mind.
