About the clinic

Face Plus Plastic Surgery Clinic — Plastic surgery is not art. It is medicine.

A plastic surgery clinic on the 4th floor of the Boratial Building, 480 Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Nonhyeon-dong). It is a 1-minute walk from Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station (Line 9 / Shinbundang Line), in the building with Mega Coffee on the ground floor. Since 2010 it has been a single-doctor clinic run by plastic surgery specialist Dr. Park Jung Keun, Medical Director. The focus is facial aging treatment such as facelift, droopy eyelid surgery and thread lift, alongside eye, nose, facial contouring and fat grafting surgery.

[Medical team]
· Dr. Park Jung Keun, Medical Director — plastic surgery specialist (certified 2004), PhD in Plastic Surgery from Seoul National University Graduate School. He graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine and completed his internship and plastic surgery residency at Seoul National University Hospital. He was Head of Plastic Surgery at the National Cancer Center (2005–2007) and is now Vice President of the Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons. He presented a face thread-lifting technique (reverse direction pyramidal technique) at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Korea 2025, and in 2026 gave a lecture and demonstration at a MINT thread-lift seminar for US medical professionals.

[Treatment principles]
· We never push you into surgery you do not need; only necessary surgery is performed.
· We operate as if it were our last surgery, giving everything to the very end.
· After surgery, we see you more often, not less.
The Medical Director personally handles consultation, surgery and post-operative care (dedicated surgeon system). Under the surgeon real-name system the operating surgeon is disclosed, and the doctor who operated checks your progress himself.

[Lifting and thread lift]
· Facelift — lifts and secures sagging cheeks and jawline together with the skin and the SMAS (facial fascia layer) beneath it
· Mini Facelift — a lift with smaller incisions and less dissection; whether it suits you depends on the degree of sagging
· Hybrid Facelift · Forehead Lift · Revision Facelift (assessed at least 6 months after the first surgery)
· Neck Lift · Double Chin Muscle Tightening (Platysmaplasty) — first checks whether fat or muscle causes the problem, then pulls or ties the platysma to refine the line under the chin
· Thread Lift — dissolving threads are inserted without cutting the skin to move sagging tissue upward. According to the clinic it takes about 30 minutes under local anaesthesia (sedation can be added) and needs no admission. RE:FILL combines lifting with filler
The right method among thread lift, mini facelift and facelift depends on how much the face has sagged.

[Droopy eyelid and eye surgery]
· Upper Blepharoplasty · Under-Brow Incision Surgery — treat sagging upper-eyelid skin that covers the eye
· Lower Blepharoplasty — removes loose lower-eyelid skin and also treats bulging under-eye fat
· Lower Eyelid Fat Repositioning — moves bulging under-eye fat into the hollow tear trough instead of removing it
· Double Eyelid · Canthoplasty · Ptosis Correction · Revision Eye Surgery

[Nose, facial contouring and fat grafting]
· Rhinoplasty (low nasal bridge, bulbous tip, deviated nose, short nose, drooping tip, hump nose) · Alar Reduction · Revision Rhinoplasty · FITme, a 1:1 custom silicone nose implant
· Facial contouring — V-line surgery · cheekbone reduction · square jaw · chin
· Fat grafting — your own fat is harvested and moved into hollow areas

[Injectables]
Skin boosters (Rejuran, Re2O, CellREDM, GOURI, HILO WAVE), volume filler and Botox.

[Safety and collaboration]
Emergency equipment and medications are kept ready, with thorough infection control and sterilisation systems. As a Seoul National University Hospital alumni clinic, it works with Seoul National University Hospital on patient care and shares an emergency response system. On a day with sedation or general anaesthesia, patients are asked not to drive and to come with a companion or use public transport or a taxi.

[For international patients]
The clinic is registered as a medical institution for foreign patients. Some operations need a follow-up visit (for example, stitches come out on day 7 after upper blepharoplasty), so your stay in Korea is planned together at the consultation.

[Clinic information]
Open Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri 09:00–18:00 and Sat 09:00–16:00; closed Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays (open on Thursday in weeks with a public holiday). As a single-doctor clinic, booking a consultation in advance is recommended. Book by phone (+82-2-541-8500), KakaoTalk channel, Naver Booking or the consultation form on the website. Valet parking is available. Fees are explained at the consultation.

Clinic Strengths

  • One surgeon from consultation to aftercare

As a single-doctor clinic, Dr. Park Jung Keun personally sees you from the first consultation through surgery and recovery. Under the surgeon real-name system the operating surgeon is disclosed; the doctor who operated checks your progress, and he and the nursing team monitor swelling, pain and your condition.

  • Seoul National University Hospital alumni clinic

Care is provided by a plastic surgery specialist and PhD who graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine and trained in plastic surgery at Seoul National University Hospital. The clinic works with Seoul National University Hospital on patient care and shares an emergency response system.

  • Emergency, infection control and anaesthesia safety

Emergency equipment and medications are kept ready, and thorough infection control and sterilisation systems are in place. The clinic runs a total safe-anaesthesia system, an emergency and surgical management system and a post-operative care system.

  • No unnecessary surgery

Only necessary surgery is performed, choosing a simpler method where possible. You are given time to think after the consultation, and after surgery you are seen more often so that even small problems are found early.

  • Lifting and eyelid surgery matched to the degree of sagging

The method — thread lift, mini facelift, facelift or neck lift — is chosen by the degree of sagging and any previous lifting surgery. For droopy eyes, the upper-eyelid skin, eye-opening strength and under-eye fat and skin are checked first. Dr. Park has presented a face thread-lifting technique at an academic congress.
