TAILOR Plastic Surgery is a plastic surgery clinic on the 4th floor of the Gujeong Building, 868 Nonhyeon-ro, Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, one minute from Exits 2 and 3 of Apgujeong Station on Subway Line 3 (4th floor of the Paris Baguette building). "Tailor" means to fit or a tailor, and the clinic pursues tailored care that designs each surgery around the individual's anatomy, proportions and lines.

Medical Director Tak Woo-hyun, a graduate of Yonsei University College of Medicine who served as a board-certified plastic surgeon and clinical professor at Severance Hospital, personally handles every step from consultation to surgery and post-operative care (surgeon accountability with no shadow doctors). Tak Kwan-chul, Professor Emeritus of Plastic Surgery at Yonsei University College of Medicine, serves as advisor.
